2020年9月10日，一辆无牌摩托车在207国道遂溪县岭北镇至城月镇路段恶意逼停过往车辆，引发大家关注。
遂溪县公安局获悉后，立刻组织警力查处。经深入调查，民警迅速锁定涉事人员陈某秀，并于9月11日凌晨1时许依法传唤陈某秀到公安机关接受调查。
经查：2020年9月10日10时许，陈某秀（男，54岁，遂溪县城月镇人）酒后驾驶一辆无牌证两轮摩托车，从岭北镇工业园往城月镇方向行驶，途经207国道岭北镇到城月镇路段时，驾驶摩托车多次故意急刹挑衅、恶意逼停过往车辆，并造成一起两车追尾事故，极大威胁了过往群众的生命财产安全，在社会上造成恶劣影响。
目前，陈某秀因涉嫌“以危险方法危害公共安全罪”被公安机关依法执行刑事拘留，案件正在进一步办理中。（视频由湛江台提供）
