A cinema screen was damaged after two children repeatedly kicked it while watching a movie in southern China.

The video, filmed in the city of Haikou in Hainan Province on October 4, shows two children repeatedly kicking a screen when it was playing the cartoon "Mulan: Turned Out" in a cinema theatre.

According to reports, an adult brought two children to watch the cartoon in at a cinema and the adult did not stop the children when they started kicking the screen.

The cinema has contacted the adult and compensation is being negotiated.

随后，记者联系了事发影城恒视LUXE激光巨幕影城（花园夜市店），该影城负责人杨先生表示确有其事，已联系家长商谈相关赔偿事宜。
据影城负责人杨先生介绍，当天是一位家长带两个小朋友来看电影，影厅当时的场次只售出那三张票，放映的是动画片《木兰：横空出世》。“当时并没有发现，5号发现银幕有问题，上面有很多脚印，于是查看了监控。”杨先生说，银幕是一种特殊设备，踢银幕会导致整个银幕表层的金属粉脱落，造成成像变形。杨先生指着监控画面告诉记者，一个小朋友从四排爬到一排，用脚踢银幕。根据监控显示，当时坐在下面的家长没有进行制止。

杨先生透露，事后影院和家长取得了联系，7日上午家长也来到现场进行查看，赔偿方案双方正在协商中。（视频由海南台提供）
