Vietnamese-American women wear dresses made from the star-spangled banner while singing the national anthem in support of President Trump.

The patriots wore the tradition Vietnamese national garment, known as Ao Dai, but given an American twist during the event in Tampa, Florida on October 26.

Earlier this month the Vietnamese community organized a cross-country caravan with their final stop being the White House in Washington DC.

The President enjoys large support from the Vietnamese community, partly because of his strong stance against China and communism.

Among Asian Americans, Vietnamese voters are the biggest supporters of Trump, with 48 per cent saying they would choose him over Biden, according to a survey.

Just 36 per cent said they would choose Biden and 16 per cent did not know.
