I noticed some lights outside and me and my wife walked out to see why. When we came into view of our neighbors adjacent property, we seen 2 large Carroll County fire trucks, 1 Carroll County squad car, and 1 Carroll County Fire/Rescue/EMT truck. The house seemed relatively uneventful, with one officer walking back and forth between the road and the house. After about 10 minutes of inactivity, we seen what can be assumed the family living in the house standing on the porch with a deputy. One female adult and two minor children were seen on the porch. Another two officers were walking on both sides of what appears to be a male adult. It looks as if he may have been in custody while they kept him at a distance from the house. In the video you can also hear a child yelling something inaudible. After a few minutes of relative calm, the ambulance cruiser pulls out and leaves the scene quickly. We believe that whoever was in the back was being taken to Tanner Medical Center off of Hwy 61, north of downtown Villa Rica.
