Dozens were injured on Friday (February 26) when Israeli police dispersed a protest in an Arabi Israeli city close to the border with the West Bank.

Thousands of demonstrators gathered earlier in the day in Umm al-Fahm to voice their anger at rising levels of organized crime.

Clashes broke out with police who fired rubber bullets, tear gas, stun grenades and water cannons.
