'This amazing clip shows Ana Carolina Toledo changing her yoga positions so her cat doesn't get bothered.
Ana happens to be an experienced yoga practitioner. When asked to share more about her adorable yoga partner in this clip, she said: "This is Lennon, an 8-year-old cat that I adopted. He got fat because of the medications. When the lockdown began, Lennon started joining me during my workout sessions. All I have to do is go to the mat and Lennon would accompany me. "
The filmer added: "You can see that in this video, I keep on changing my sequences. That is done to make sure that Lennon doesn't get disturbed because after all, he is the boss of the house!"
Ana concluded by saying: "He is still a crazy cat but stays calm during yoga classes."
