I live in a building in the neighborhood of Nydala, Malmö, Sweden.

Last night at 2:45 a.m. I was sleeping and heard a noise and suddenly screams and voices. The person I live with got me up and told me something had happened and that I had to put something on because all the neighbors were leaving the building.

On the stairs there was a lot of smoke and it smelled like polder. People were going down and there were women with children and babies who seemed very scared.

We live on the sixth floor, so we started to go down. All the bulbs had exploded. There was a lot of smoke between the fourth and fifth floor and the doors of the apartments had exploded. People were in panic.

The outdoor was broken into pieces. We went out and shortly after the police arrive and took us all to a nearby school.

Now is around 9 p.m. and we were finally allowed to come back. They are still fixing the building and the neighbors are very nervous.

This is a recording of when I came back and you can ser where the bomb was placed in the fifth floor and some of the damages that have not been fixed yet. Unfortunately I couldn’t record the moment of the evacuation since it was very fast and I wasn’t aware of the seriousness of the situation.

According to local news there were two more explosions in other parts of the city that took place within half an hour.

There are no injured people, no suspect and no arrested people.

This kind of violent actions have been happening a lot in Malmö in the last years and are usually related to gang fights and mafia.
