Rare Malabar squirrel steals food instead of searching nuts in the forests of South India .

Giant purple squirrel are fondly called as Malabar squirrels. They are massive, maroon-coloured rodents leaping from treetop to treetop. And these squirrels will vanish immediately when they encounter humans.

But this intelligent squirrel instead of running away he choose to dwell into human habitations. And when it reaches a stall it quickly steals a nut or a fruit from the fruit shop instead of searching in the woods. This shop is located nearby the forest and hence this squirrel kept the habit of stealing. Then the shopkeeper finally found the culprit and caught it on camera.
