A couple surprised their entire family with twins - after telling them they were only expecting one baby.

Parents Jessica Murray, 30, and Bryan Sisson, 32, found out they were expecting two, 16 weeks into the pregnancy, but kept it a secret.

A video shows the heart-warming reactions of complete shock from each family member when they were introduced to not one little boy, but two.

They managed to keep the secret for TWO WEEKS until they were able to introduce babies Thomas and Parker in person to everyone.

Teacher Jessica, from Weymouth, Massachusetts, USA, said: "With covid-19 and the country in lockdown, it was really easy to hide.

"We actually did an eight-month pregnancy reveal with our daughter before, so we knew the second time round that everyone's reaction would be shock and laughter - and they didn't disappoint.

"My favourite reaction was my aunt Linda's - I think her eyes nearly popped out of her head!"

Bryan, an electrician, added: "I think my favourite reaction was my sister Renee's. She couldn't believe it."

Jessica said they initially kept the twins secret because doctors warned them to prepare for a stillbirth or miscarriage due to complications.

An emergency surgery saved the babies, but they said there was "never a right time" to tell their families, so they kept it as a surprise.

Bryan said: "We wanted to wait until we knew everything was ok before we revealed the good news.

"And then we learned Jessica's sister was pregnant, and we didn't want to interrupt that moment for her, so we put it off a bit further.

"We ended up telling everyone about one baby by Christmas, but decided to surprise them with the second."

Jessica added: "We knew everyone would be super happy, which they all were, but knowing that doctors warned that we might lose them made it an even more special moment for us both."

The babies were born on May 4 2020 and the family broke the news to various families up until May 18.
