Further footage from the same day shows the vehicle driving across Belden bridge into Belden after it was evacuated due to the Dixie Fire along the Feather River and Highway 70.

Dixie Fire has burned nearly 200,000 acres and is now California's biggest wildfire of this year, according to reports.
