Rogue wave soaks Auckland woman through open car window as she films the view
The foaming seas off Auckland, New Zealand, on 25 June were a beautiful sight, but a rogue wave made sure that anyone filming them got a soaking too.
Local woman Linda was recording the sight with her camera from the window of her car, while in a nearby car park.
Just then, a rogue wave appeared to come out of nowhere to slam into rocks and create such a huge splash that she got soaked through her open window.
Everyone in the area was splashed but luckily no-one was injured.
