Antony Gwillim was driving down an inundated highway in Abbotsford in British Columbia in Canada on November 15 when he spotted hundreds of pumpkins floating in the floodwaters.

"This video was shot near Highway 11 when we drove into the farmland and saw floating pumpkins," Gwillim said

Local authorities declared a state of emergency in British Columbia on Wednesday (November 17) following floods and mudslides caused by extremely heavy rainfall.

'Halloween 2021 may be in the rear-view mirror but apparently, a whole fleet of pumpkins didn't get the memo, if this clip is any indication.

This gripping video shows Anthony Gwillim driving down a flooded highway in Abbotsford, BC when he spots countless pumpkins floating away in the very same floodwaters.

"It was looking as if I was driving in a lake," Anthony stated. "This video was shot near Hwy 11 when we drove into the farmland and saw floating pumpkins."
