Atmospheric River in British Columbia Causing More Highway Closures, Evacuations and Flooding

The rain is causing flooding throughout the Howe Sound and highway 99 is closed north of Whistler, BC. Here the water is so abundant that the rivers are overflowing causing the runoff to make new pathways down the cliffs and onto the highway increasing the risks of more landslides.
