Thai Dancers performing at the Loy Krathong Festival in Chiang Mai
Thai dancers performing to worship the goddess of water at Thapae Gate in Chiang Mai. Each carries a decorative krathong which can be floated and normally is made of banana leaves. Loy Krathong is held on the full moon of the twelfth lunar month, this year November 19.
The dancers are wearing face shields as required by covid regulations.
