"SH*T!" the startled lady said before giving her son a tight, warm hug.
This clip was recorded by Tristan's sister, Crystal Yauger, who was in on the surprise all along.
"This is the video of my little brother Tristan coming home from the Navy to surprise our mom," Crystal said. "He had been gone for a year. He has grown up to be an amazing young man and I'm so proud of him!"
