All in the 15-18 age group can get vaccinated from today. With over 7 crore beneficiaries, over 8 lakh teenagers are already registered on the COWIN app. Only Covaxin will be administered to the 15 to 18 age group - as it is the only jab approved for the age group with an efficacy of 77.8%. The registration for this phase of the vaccination drive began on January 1st.
