India begins COVID-19 vaccination campaign for teenagers in Northern India
India began vaccinating teenagers against COVID-19 today (January 3).
All those aged 15-18 were able to register for the jab from January 1 the first patients have now received the Covaxin shot.
This footage shows youngsters being vaccinated at centres in Gaya in Bihar state.There is also a lot of enthusiasm among children about the Covid Vaccine.
The children getting vaccinated told that this initiative of the government to fight the third wave Omicron is commendable. By taking the vaccine ahead of time, we can also keep the younger generation safe. The second vaccine will be given 28 days after the first vaccine.
