After the incident with the iron bridge in Kampung Bemban, in Simpang Durian, which recently collapsed and cut off communication with the village, the army through the headquarters of the 3rd Division of the Royal Engineers Regiment was created to build a bridge using the compact Bailey Bridge with one lane (CB200).

The headquarters of the Third Infantry Division of Malaysia said in a statement today that the damage to the bridge led to the fact that local residents living in 28 houses lost contact and made it difficult to send help.

"The Army, through the 3rd Division of the Headquarters of the Royal Engineers Regiment, is organizing the construction of a bridge using the compact Bailey Bridge with one lane (CB200). Work on the construction of the bridge will begin after the completion of the process of reclamation of the shore by the Negeri Sembilan Public Works Department."
