Strange phenomenon of ultra-localized rain hits Italy (6 years later)

A strange phenomenon of ultra-localized rain hit Italy on February 19.

The filmer said: "Nearly six years ago I filmed a strange weather phenomenon. The rain fell in a specific point, exactly in the middle of the street, in a street in Palermo.
My video went viral and reached over four million views. On Feb. 19, nearly six years later, the phenomenon repeated itself, and fate would have it that I was ready to film again. The phenomenon is the same as the previous one, it lasted a few minutes and it was really strange as the first time. In the video you can see how the rain falls exactly vertically in the center between two buildings. It was great!"
