Penniless moment: Former Greek PM Alexis Tsipras ran out of cash in his attempt to leave a tip to street musicians
Former Greek PM and current Leader of the Opposition, Alexis Tsipras, visits Thessaloniki Greece on Thurday 17/3. While on tour downtown, he meets two street musicians and stops to listen to their song. Then he attempts to leave them a tip only to find out he has no money at all in his pockets. Salvation comes after a helping hand gestures and gives him a banknote for the tip.
