Older Driver cuts off a car pulling out then pulls out more and hits a Driving instructors vehicle
A Male driver in possibly his late 60's pulls out on a vehicle approaching from his left making it do a emergency stop , then he pulls out again side swiping a driving instructors car approaching from the left he had not seen.
I stop and give my information to both parties involved incase they need a witness or the dashcam footage.
This incident happened on Winstanley road , Wigan on what is locally known as 2 mile stretch, a long national speed limit with this 40mph section for the junctions here.
There was damage to both vehicles .
