A mum has gone viral sharing her incredible weight loss transformation – leaving TikTok users questioning if she is the same person.

Natasha Pehrson, 33, from Arizona, US, weighed 16st 6lbs after gaining weight during her pregnancy.

The influencer, who shares seven-year-old Gretchen, five-year-old Ralph and one-year-old Claire with husband David, struggled with being unable to exercise properly, and found the only foods she could keep down were carbs.

Despite losing weight successfully after giving birth to her older children, Natasha struggled after welcoming baby Claire.

She saw a hormone specialist who put her on supplements to help regulate her hormones, and tested her for food sensitivities – which found her body was reacting badly to gluten, dairy and soy.

Natasha decided to “fully commit” to eliminating the foods that didn’t agree with her from her diet – including giving up cheese, which she particularly loved – and eating “tons” of vegetables.

In eight months, she lost 5st 3lbs without needing to calorie count – and has been able to slowly reintroduce the foods back into her diet to keep an eye on her intolerances.

Natasha now weighs 9st 7lbs and has shared her impressive transformation on social media.

In a clip posted on TikTok, Natasha shows herself trying to squeeze into a pair of denim shorts that she had bought in her “goal size”.

A second clip shows her currently, comfortably fitting into the flattering shorts.

The post was viewed 5.1 million times and racked up 880,000 likes
