Accident: Moped rider given no chance to react results in crash (Dashcam Video)
Do you think the lady in the red coat was completely to blame here? We think so. Pulling out between 2 cars and not checking to her right caused a collision that could have been easily avoided. The other moped user had no chance to react. There was no time to stop this accident from happening on his part.
