Fire and roof collapse at historic theatre in Ukraine
A dramatic video has emerged of a fire at the Shevchenko Theatre in Cherkasy, Ukraine on Wednesday.
The fire, which started around 15:00 (local time) and was declared under control about 17:30 caused the roof of the historic theatre to collapse.
According to local media reports, theatre workers attempted to put out the fire themselves before calling the fire brigade for assistance.
There were no fatalities but several fire fighters were treated at a local hospital for smoke inhalation.
The cause of the fire is being investigated.
