It appears that the aforementioned saying can easily be applied to birds, as evident in this comical video.

Shared by Daniel Phillips, this footage features him showcasing his creative side as he uses a blanket and a hot potato to prepare a comfy "home" for a bird that he assumed was freezing outside his house.

When Daniel goes to place the box near the bird, the latter shows the former its aggressive side.

"I found a live bird covered in frost on my porch railing," the filmer said. "I decided to make a warm, cozy bed for it to sleep in, but it suddenly attacked when I presented it."
