Electricians reconstructed ultra-high voltage lines hundreds of feet above the ground in eastern China.

Video filmed in the city of Taizhou in Jiangsu Province on November 27 shows workers erecting a wire more than 300 feet above the ground at the construction site of a 1,000-kilovolt ultra-high voltage (UHV) line renovation project.

The renovation has raised the safety distance between the transmission lines and the ground from 19 metres to 30 metres, ensuring the safety of traffic after the completion of the Fuli Expressway, a national key project.
