Timelapse footage shows the Swiftie - as the Hollywood country singer's followers are called - dotting tiny pieces of coloured paper on the canvas in Metro Manila, the Philippines on November 14.
A colourful image later emerged from the thousands of punched paper glued together.
Artist Jereka Decano said a piece takes about at least six hours to make from planning the pattern, to punching the paper, and putting them together.
She said: ‘It's hardwork but the end product is always satisfying. It's also a fun hobby to do when I'm just at the house.'
