A short-legged corgi won't pass the gate until its owner opens it in southern China.

In the video filmed by the owner, Ms Li in Guangzhou, in Guangdong province, the two-year-old corgi thought it couldn’t pass the electronic gate that was actually high enough and refused to go through it its owner opened the gate.

Ms Li said when she came back from walking the dog, she went to the gate first. But since the gate was automatic and closed shortly, the dog couldn't follow in time. The corgi probably thought it had to be this procedure that the gate need to be opened before it could pass a procedure.

12月22日，广东广州。李女士带着自己的柯基犬过闸门，她通过后，小狗却在闸机前不肯动，一定等主人开了闸机门狗狗才肯进。李女士介绍，狗狗是一只快两岁的柯基犬，叫罐头。当时遛狗回来时自己先进来闸门，由于这个闸门是自动的随后就闭上了，回头发现怎么叫狗子都不过来。其实小狗完全能过来，耳朵都碰不到闸门，可能觉得自己要走一道程序，是个有仪式感的小狗。（视频由李女士提供）
