A man rode a horse with wings on a road in northwestern China.

The video was filmed in the city of Dingxi in Gansu Province on February 3.

The rider named Lu said he rode the horse to a Yangge opera - a folk dance performance in the village.

Lu had the horse for five years. He thought it was interesting to put the pair of wings he bought online onto his horse.

对此，交警部门提醒，骑马上路，并没有法律规定不可以。如果骑马上路导致交通堵塞就属于扰乱公共秩序，将按规定处15日以下拘留、200元以下罚款或者警告。骑马上路，可能涉及市容及观瞻，但是并没有“禁止骑马上街”的规定。只要遵守交通规则，那么就不属于违法行为，就不会受到处罚，但是尽量还是不要骑马上路，因为有很多不可抗力因素，容易伤害到自己和别人。另外，并不是所有地方都能骑马上公路，是受限制的，有禁令标志的路段不可以骑马。
