30,000 lights lit up for first time in London's Piccadilly Circus
30,000 Ramadan lights have been lit up for the first time in London.
The footage shows the decorations, which include moons, stars, signs, and lanterns in Piccadilly Circus, in London's West End in the City of Westminster.
"It’s a really big welcoming step for Muslims and helps other people accept Islam, which reduces racism", said the filmer.
According to The Guardian, it is the first time such a display has been organised in a European city.
