In Woodland Hills, California, at the intersection of Shoop Avenue and Ventura Boulevard on May 3, 2023, a Mustang driver collided with a Lexus and then tried to flee the scene, subsequently hitting another truck and a Porsche. The entire incident was captured on video by Paul Sampietro, who stood guard with a pipe wrench to prevent the driver from carjacking anyone.

After the police arrived, Paul handed over the footage as evidence and the driver, who is 22-years-old, was found to be not intoxicated and was arrested.

Paul told Newsflare: "You would’ve thought he was drunk but he wasn’t. Just a 22-year-old kid making bad choices."

I noticed the mustang driving a radically from a couple of streets back.

I followed in the next lane, and before I could get on the freeway it made several movements that looks dangerous.

I watched it rear end a Lexus and I pulled up next to it to box it in and warned the driver that the mustang is trying to run.

I backed up to keep it there and that’s when the video starts. Peeling out trying to get away and hitting the truck behind it . The driver of the mustang tried to hit my side door, which it did, and then backed up across traffic hitting a Porsche and plowed back into the Lexus.
