Lions fight over killed Zebra in Sabi Sands private game reserve in Kruger National Park, South Africa.
On Safari in South Africa, we came across a female lion who had killed a Zebra. She had clearly left a lot of meat on the dead animal. A few minutes later, another female and two male lions came to the kill site. The two male lions began to feverishly try and stake claim to the kill and the food. The dominant lion got there first, and then the smaller male lion decided to challenge the other male for the food. They began to fight and wrestle and eventually both sprinted back to the Zebra to attempt and eat what was left.
