An adorable showdown was captured as a girl named Tangyuan faced off with her fluffy Bichon named Gedeng over who got the prized rocking chair seat in China.

The video was filmed in Hangzhou City in Zhejiang Province on August 30.

According to Tangyuan's mother, Gedeng has her very own red rocker. But the cheeky dog apparently has a soft spot for her little owner's chair.

Their confrontations, though daily, have shifted from battles of strength to delightful tests of endurance.

Recorded on August 30, in Zhejiang, a mother captured a silent “war” between her daughter and a Bichon.

The female dog, Gedeng, and the girl, Tangyuan, were seen both occupying a rocking chair, neither willing to give up their spot.

The girl's mum reluctantly mentioned that Gedeng has another red rocking chair of her own but apparently, she preferred her little sister's one.

The confrontation happens every day but the good news is that this time the two pals compete with endurance instead of force.
