Activists and family of Chris Kaba, march on one-year anniversary of fatal police shooting in London
A march and rally was held after the one-year anniversary of fatal police shooting of Chris Kaba, an unarmed black man, as the family demand answers from the authorities (September 9).
His parents spoke at the rally, with his father saying 'trust had been broken' between the community and the police and that the individual officer responsible for firing the fatal shot 'NX121 belonged in prison'.
Chris Kaba was pursued and boxed in by an unmarked police vehicle when he was shot by an armed officer through the windscreen, and his family members seek accountability for their actions.
