Protesters project 'Drop BP' onto British Museum during the inaugural Pink Ball in London
Anti-BP protesters staged a noisy demonstration as guests arrived for the £2,000 a ticket Pink Ball last night (18th October).
The group wrapped in banners projected 'Drop BP' on the outside of the building as celebrities such as Naomi Campbell and Janet Jackson took to the pink carpet.
The group is calling for the institution to cease taking sponsorship money from BP and other fossil fuel companies.
