A baby excitedly rushed up to greet his elder sister after school in eastern China.

The heartwarming video was filmed in the city of Binzhou City in Shandong Province on August 31.

In the midst of a bustling crowd of schoolchildren, a toddler, still mastering his first steps, miraculously spotted his elder sister. With a surge of pure joy, he made an adorably shaky dash towards her, stumbling excitedly through the school gates.

Spotting her little brother's enthusiastic approach, the doting sister quickly scooped him up into a warm embrace.

The siblings, who have a significant age gap of six years, share an unmistakable bond. Their mother revealed that every day when it's time to fetch the sister from school, they have to ensure the young boy is firmly held.

The video showed a toddler who was still learning to walk instantly recognising his sister in the crowd of students leaving school. He excitedly stumbles through the school gates and made a wobbly dash towards her with full of excitement. In response to his warm welcome, his sister immediately picks him up in her arms.

According to their mum, the siblings, who are six years apart, have a very strong bond. Every time they come to pick up the sister from school, the little brother needs to be held tightly to prevent him from getting too excited and rushing towards her.
