Several Palestinians injured in new border protest in Gaza

Several Palestinians have been injured on Sunday as the Israeli Armed Forces intervened against hundreds of protesters gathered at the eastern border fence of the Gaza Strip enclave for the second day in a row.
The Gaza Strip government's Ministry of Health reported six injuries, including three journalists, who were hit by tear gas canisters. The journalists have been identified as Fadi al Danaf, Bilal al Sabbagh and Mustafa Hasuna.
Other demonstrators had to be treated with symptoms of asphyxiation from the gas used, according to the Palestinian press, which denounced the use of live ammunition and rubber-coated metal balls by the Israeli military.
