A 'lucky' French Bulldog puppy was born with six legs and two sets of genitals in Thailand.

The mutant baby dog named Snow was delivered by fur mum Thanyalak Onpiew at her home in Phrae province on September 16.

Thanyalak said the male puppy was the third of the litter of five to be born from mother dog Tang Tang.

As she was pulling the newborn pooch out of Tang Tang, she said she noticed it had an extra two legs and two penises dangling from its lower half, but no tail.

Thanyalak said she had bought the mother Tang Tang for 6,000 THB (167 USD), and had her studded for 3,000 THB (89 USD).

She claimed that throughout Tang Tang's pregnancy she had experienced good luck and won a small prize on the local lottery draw.

Thanyalak added: 'My pet dog has been really lucky for me. While she has been pregnant, lots of good things have happened, and I won one of the lottery draws.

'I believe the puppy with six legs is also lucky and I'll take extra good care for him.'

The puppy's extra legs are believed to have been caused by a genetic mutation.
