Many mothers, fathers and their children left toys in front of the Israeli Consulate General in Besiktas district of Istanbul, against Israel's killing of Palestinian children in Gaza. Children chanted slogans such as "Murderer Israel, get out of Palestine" and "Murderer Israel, don't touch the children." People who came to the protest upon the call of associations working with children carried banners supporting the Palestinians.

We no longer want to see the bloody and mutilated bodies of children, but images of them playing with their toys while they are safe at home. For this reason, we invite everyone, especially institutions working for children around the world, to take action to stop this genocide committed by Israel and to impose sanctions. Israel has murdered 1,524 children in front of the whole world since October 7. These are not just a number, they are someone's children, siblings, friends. We would raise the world up if someone harmed even a single hair of our children. Thousands of children killed in Gaza are also someone's children."
