On October 4, 2023, in Guangdong, a cat owner got a both amusing and helpless scare when she checked the surveillance footage of her cat at home while she was away on a trip.

In front of the surveillance camera, the Devon Rex cat named Kururu appeared to fall into an unusual deep slumber, which made his owner start to worry. With panic, the owner maneuvered the moving camera to crash into the kitten and even drove the lens over the kitten's head, until the rattling noises finally woke the kitten up from his beauty sleep.

The cat lazily opened its eyes, gave a glance at the camera with confusion, and promptly fell back asleep after dismissing its owner's anxiety.
