After 17:00, as scheduled, Victoria Villarruel arrived at the Senate Chamber to meet with Cristina Kirchner and start the vice-presidential transition. It was a meeting that lasted an hour and included a tour of the facilities, especially the office of the presidency located on the second floor. "We are going to carry out an orderly transition", said the libertarian at the end of the meeting.

According to what was reported, in the meeting between both leaders, the organization of the Legislative Assembly of December 10 was coordinated and the main events of the administration were reviewed. Likewise, a detail was made on the progress and building improvements made in the last years and they talked about the human resources of the National Senate.
