"Palestinian prisoners celebrate their freedom in the West Bank as the Israeli authorities released them hours ago (Friday). All 39 women and children were freed from Ofer prison in Betunia near Ramallah city, under very restricted security measures.
Many freed prisoners spoke about the harsh conditions Palestinians are enduring inside Israeli military jails, as many have serious health conditions, while the Israeli authorities denied them medical treatment. Many are in need of immediate surgeries, and cancer treatment, in addition to the more restricted procedures since Oct. 7, which included seizing all electrical devices, their mattresses and pillows, denying them blankets in cold weather and much more."

"Here I'm in the city center of Tel Aviv. Behind me you can see a booth set up by hostages' families, urging the government to do more to secure the release of hostages held in Gaza. Finally, some of them were released on Friday, as the ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hamas came into effect at 7 a.m. local time on Friday morning. Later in the afternoon, Israel announced it has successfully received the first group of hostages released by Hamas. The 13 hostages are all women and children. They will be transferred to hospitals, where they will reunite with their families."

STANDUP 3 (English): LENG RUIJIE, Xinhua correspondent, Cairo
"Confirming the truce agreement had taken effect (Friday), Diaa Rashwan, chairman of Egypt's State Information Service (SIS), said in a statement that 130,000 liters of diesel and four trucks of gas from Egypt will enter the Gaza Strip daily. And some 200 trucks, loaded with food, medicine and water, can enter daily for the first time since Oct. 7.
Egypt will continue to receive wounded and injured children from Gaza for treatment in Egyptian hospitals.
The Egyptian side will also allow the entry of Palestinians stranded in the country into the Gaza Strip at their will."
