Woman who ‘never loved’ her body and wore THREE sports bras at the same time goes from 34H to 34B cup

A woman with an 34H cup chest who never loved her body has undergone a life-changing breast reduction and is now a size 34B.

Growing up, Carissa Beasley, 26, would constantly have to visit chiropractors and doctors with pain in her back and neck.

Not only was she dealing with her breasts growing in, but the then teen was also diagnosed with scoliosis – abnormal twisting and curvature of the spine – at just 13.

But with her breasts the biggest issue in adulthood and with Carissa desperate to reduce her cup size, she decided to go under the knife to make them smaller.

And her story has captured the attention of TikTokers – with a video of her experience racking up 1m views.(@carrisarabun ).

“I was constantly trying to loose weight to reduce my cup size,” the plant shop owner from from Las Vegas, Nevada, told NeedToKnow.co.uk.

“I’d have to wear three sports bras for any type of high intensity gym classes.

“I never loved my body.

“I would constantly get upset anytime I’d go shopping or needed a new outfit because nothing ever fit properly.

“It really hindered my quality of life and my self image.”

In June 2023, Carissa visited a doctor for a consultation after a year of research, booking in a session with Dr Mason – and went ahead with the “scary life-altering decision”.

Three weeks later, her insurance had approved the procedure but would not cover the entire cost – leaving her to $1,800 (£1,480) herself.

The surgery took place in August 2023.

Carissa said: “I'm a very active person so it was always a struggle, my back and neck were always sore and now being active is a breeze.

“I used to feel so upset about my appearance especially when I'd lose weight but my chest wouldn't.

“The procedure great! I actually had no pain but moving around was tough and uncomfortable for a few days.”

Just two weeks later, Carissa felt incredible – with her confidence soaring thanks to the five pounds removed from her chest.

She is still wearing compression garments and support bras, but after her swelling goes down, she will be a 34B.

She said: “I feel incredible.

“I look in the mirror and feel like this is how my body should have always been.

“Now, I have barely any neck pain and no back pain at all.”

“I can not believe how incredible I feel.

“I feel extremely light, and like this is how my body should have always been.

“I don’t think I’ve ever looked at my body and been this happy.

“I can physically feel the weight being lifted off my body.”

Carissa has also had many positive reactions from family and friends, as well as giving some advice to those looking to do the same.

She added: “No matter how scary the procedure is, no matter how terrifying it may be to alter your body.

“There is nothing better than looking in the mirror and being happy.

“I would do the surgery 1,000 times over just for that feeling.

“To anybody thinking about doing this journey should put aside any fear, the healing process was extremely easy and not painful at all.”

In the viral TikTok, Carissa puts on an old T-shirt she used to wear when she had bigger breasts.

She draws onto the white shirt what her old boobs looked like, before standing back and looking at the difference in shock.

The post has gained over 15,600 likes, as well as plenty of positive comments from fans.

Lace said: “Jesus they look so good! I want one so badly but I’m terrified.”

Kay added: “Recovering from mine right now, already feeling lighter.”

Reed joked: “At first I thought it was just a cool shirt.”

“You will never regret it. Did mine at 17 and it’s been 8 years. No regrets,” wrote Ford. [sic]

“Ugh I’m getting this done as soon as I can,” said Rusty. [sic]
