The Chamber of Deputies began on Tuesday the debate on the bill "Bases and Starting Points for the Freedom of Argentines", in a plenary of committees that was attended by officials of the Executive Power, who spoke about the chapters of Emergency, State Reform and Justice.

The project began to be discussed in a plenary session of the General Legislation, Constitutional Affairs and Budget Committees, in which the Treasury Attorney, Rodolfo Barra, the Energy Secretary, Eduardo Rodriguez Chirillo, presented as co-author of the project under discussion, and the Minister of Justice, Mariano Cuneo Libarona.
