For more than 30 years, Bernard Mure-Ravaud has been making cheese in Grenoble, France.
Crowned French cheesemaking champion and winner of the "Best Craftsman in France" award, Mure-Ravaud has about 250 cheeses on offer in his shop.

"We have 250 varieties of cheese here. For raclette cheese alone, there are around 20 varieties. It sells very quickly."
Mure-Ravaud also has two records in the Guinness Book for the largest cheese platter in the world.
His small shop supplies cheese to a large number of starred restaurants.

Over the years, Mure-Ravaud's shop has attracted many tourists passing through the Alps.
The shop is about to be passed on to the third generation of cheesemakers: 30-year-old Renaud, the son of Bernard Mure-Ravaud.
