A woman dubbed ‘the world’s hottest gran’ has revealed how she stays looking eternally young at the age of 53.

Gina Stewart has previously hit the headlines for her youthful appearance and most recently, immortalising herself as an AI model.

Gaining over 667,000 followers on Instagram (@ginastewartofficial ), the former Playboy model has gained a loyal fanbase for her saucy pics.

Now, the grandmother-of-three shares how she maintains her glow.“I follow 13 golden rules to stay young,” Gina, from The Gold Coast, Australia, told http://www.whatsthejam.com.

“I just believe in being the best version of myself that I can possibly be, it makes me feel good.”

Gina’s key secret? Hydration.

But she also has other rules she sticks to like glue.

RULE 1: NO ENHANCEMENTS

“I don’t mess with my face.

“I’ve had no Botox, no filler, and no surgery.”

RULE 2: BEAUTY SLEEP

“I sleep seven to eight hours a night.”

RULE 3: HYDRATE

“Hydration is key!

“Personally, I choose to have a glass of coconut water a day especially during or after working out.

“I exclusively drink filtered water from a BPA-free bottle, occasionally enjoying chamomile or green tea for its antioxidant.

“I [also] end my showers with a cold blast to tighten and refresh my skin.”

RULE 4: MOISTURISE

“I use organic coconut oil every day on my body and I have moisturised my entire body every day since I was 19.

“The skin absorbs whatever you put on it so make sure it’s chemical-free.

“On my face I use rose hip oil and caster oil for my neck and eye areas to ward away wrinkles.

“Caster oil is incredibly effective for fine lines.

“I combine all this with a ‘a Gua Sha’ stone — also sometimes referred to as a jade scraper — that can chisel out cheekbones you didn’t even know existed, de-puff hangover eye bags, and crank up the dial on skin brightness.”

RULE 5: ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING

“Think yourself young, you are what you think.

“It’s all about attitude.”

RULE 6: FOOD

“You are what you eat, eat clean and healthy most of the time.

“I maintain a healthy weight that preserves my facial structure and collagen.”

RULE 7: NO CHEMICALS

“I don’t drink, I don’t smoke and I don’t take drugs.”

RULE 8: NO EXTREME EXERCISE

“Don’t do extreme amounts of exercise, it can age you don’t go to extremes with diet sudden weight loss can age you.

“Gaining extreme weight can make you look older than your years.”

RULE 9: LOVE

“Love yourself, love your life, love others.

“Negativity can show on your face, bitterness can show on your face, anger can show on your face and self-hate can show on your face.”

RULE 10: BE HAPPY

“Like the song don’t worry be happy and create a life of meaningful memories.

“It will help you stay young.”

RULE 11: MOVE DAILY

“Move it or you will lose it.

“I go for a daily walk and I use weights and body weight daily to tone.”

RULE 12: SKIN THERAPY

She said: “I have red light therapy three times a week to help boost collagen at deep levels in the epidermal layers of skin.

“I also treat myself to cryo-freezing chambers leaves me feeling invigorated and euphoric, I do this a few times a month.”

RULE 13: ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

“Create an AI model of yourself then you can achieve immortality.

“The AI has used hundreds of images of my real-life body from every angle to re-create my digital self-image, giving you a realistic experience of the original version as possible.

“[It has] my facial expressions – my eyes, lips, hair, arms, legs, chest and butt, all dimples and textures fully integrated.”
