A man from Milton Keynes has been sentenced to prison following a road rage incident that resulted in serious injury and harm to two individuals.

Nikesh Mistry, 34, pleaded guilty to causing serious injury by dangerous driving and causing grievous bodily harm with intent at Aylesbury Crown Court. He was sentenced to four years and ten months in prison, along with a driving disqualification for the same period.

The incident occurred on November 19, 2022, when Mistry was driving his BMW near the Walton Roundabout in Milton Keynes. A confrontation with a motorcyclist led to Mistry using his vehicle to deliberately force the rider off the road, causing the motorcyclist to crash and sustain serious injuries.

The rider was airlifted to Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge, while Mistry’s reckless driving also caused injuries to the front passenger of another vehicle involved in the incident.
