The incident was recorded on the dashcam of the car that got hit. In the video, we can see that the white vehicle cuts off the car with the dashcam, then proceeds to guide it into an apartment complex before taking a wrong turn and sideswiping it. According to reports, the driver then flees from the scene without assuming any responsibility.
