A freighter crashed into the Francis Scott Bridge in Baltimore, US, early Tuesday morning, causing the span to collapse and allegedly killing six people.

National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) chairman Jennifer Homendy, along with agency investigators, boarded the container ship Dali around noon on Wednesday as part of their ongoing investigation.
NTSB investigators were also aboard the vessel Tuesday night. They downloaded data from the vessel's voyage data recorder on Tuesday, and are now at an agency lab, according to NTSB spokesman Peter Knudson.
