USA: Fatal Motorcycle Crash in Whittier, LA

LASD and CHP along with LACoFD responded to a traffic collision involving a motorcycle at 10252 Mills Ave in the city of Whittier. Once officers and firefighters arrived on the scene, they located a motorcycle rider down in lanes, not breathing. Firefighters and paramedics pronounced the motorcycle rider dead at the scene. One person was assessed by firefighters and paramedics in the back of the ambulance but was released at the scene. The other car had driver side damage. CHP from the Santa Fe Springs Station will be handling the fatal motorcycle crash investigation. CHP had both north and southbound lanes of Mills Avenue closed as they investigated the crash.
